I would have joined you. But I am too far away. Looks like a great trip. I hope to do those passes one day.

Did you do anything special to fit the 35" tires?
It was a great time to be out there.

It has a 3" spacer on the front and a 1.25" spacer on the rear. I also had to remove the crash bars to the rear of the front tires.

Is that a 315/70/17 or a newly released true 35”? Nitto said true 35’s should be coming out soon!

Did you run hubcentric spacers on the oem wheels for additional clearance on the coilover and UCA? What method of suspension “lift” did you use?
It's the 315.

I just have a 5 mm flat spacer on it that I cut at the shop now. I do have the 10 mm hubcentric spacers from wheel adapters USA delivering today. I will be installing those in the next couple of days.

The front has a 3-in spacer and the rear has a 1.25-in spacer. Not my preferred method of tire clearance but was the only thing available at the time.

Did the 3" strut spacer require new UCAs?

Looks like we missed each other by a couple weeks. Was just out there in early September. Still on stock tires and no dragging--definitely need to pay attention to line choice though!

Did Mineral Creek last year and did scrape a bit on that one.

My AAL gear held up really well. Dog loved the seat delete and made hauling all my crap easier, molle panels kept tool roll, med kit, battery charger and other random things secured and out of the way, and bed rails helped carry gear and provided a quick place to strap down trash bags, firewood and other bits with the center tray.

I picked up the OVRHD mount after the trip and look forward to using it on future trips. I found I like to keep the off road screen w/ camera up on the head unit and toggling back and forth with GPS apps on carplay was a pain. It doesn't sound like much but having a good out of the way place to mount an ipad mini is HUGE. Especially with the delay when switching into the off road screen / cameras and back to carplay.

I was thankful for the rain--the fire ban was lifted the weekend I was there due to it which made for some enjoyable post ride conversations around the fire.

That's all great to hear! Thanks for sharing the photos. That's exactly why we do what we do! Glad the gear is making a good impact on your trips! More cool products to come! We finally got the sliders in for the new bed slides. Should have those up and going very soon!

A lot of the rubbing on my last trip was down Engineer Pass. There are a few sections there where it's unavoidable with a low belly.

Looking forward to it! Will pick up some of your new nut plates soon as well in addition to the seat delete top molle thing.

I was thinking about how to capture the nuts on the bottom of the bed rail mounts to make removal more convenient and then you went ahead and did it for me in a much better way than I would have ended up doing!

Great! Very happy with the nut plates. We got the full benefit of them this past weekend swapping over to the bed rack and tonneau cover. Thanks!

I don't have any info packaged up yet, but the product is super simple, intentionally. Think two large pieces, with a lengthwise seam, made of aluminum with the necessary support structure below. It's super light and durable. It mounts between the bed rack RAILs and the bed sides. It attaches to the bottom of the bed rack RAILs with some small support brackets. That way, you can remove the bed rack RAILs and tonneau cover all at once. It was super easy when my wife and I did it last weekend.

The intention is not to be super water-tight. The bed itself, and tailgate, are full of holes. The intention is so we can leave gear in the bed, keep it from getting stolen, and keep the rain off of it. It is perfect for that.

Are you running a Retrax retractable hard cover with the adventure labs bars?

I have the retrax and didnt think the bars would fit with the retrax.
No. Bak Revolver x4s. As long as the rectangle covers on the bed rails are fully exposed and not covered by anything on the cover, it should fit no problem.
