the main problem is the noise from the twitters, when the signal is missing, after many tests, they concluded that the original amplifier is noisy, when using the signal directly from the usb, absolute silence

that is, just when the car door is opened, there is already a noise, without ignition
how to remove standard amplifier, saving all system sounds

The problem with removing the stock amp is that it is part of the can bus system and without it you will throw a fault. One reason I went with the Mobridge amplifier/dsp.
The stock amp uses the front speakers for warning chimes and without feedback from the speakers it will be unhappy.

Mobridge looks overneeded, im already have dsp and amps, did you have experience with nav or pac?

Overneeded or not, if you disconnect the factory amp, you will throw fault codes.

So, after many tests found the exact reason of the noise, that hu
We try other ground ways and points
Any way for power
Soldered high levels bypass to hu chip
if just turn off hu, no noise
there is even noise when the standard amplifier is not connected
Noise only from tweeters
Tried other twitter models, have noise
Has anyone encountered the same problem?

no direct help from me but MTI Acoustics does A LOT of ford b&o upgrades with similar gear as you are using. they seem to use the Nav part for amp integration to keep everything happy.
