What happens to a 2025 RR order that does not get filled?

Can anyone shed any light on these questions I posed my dealer. I ordered my wife's Ranger Raptor, on June 14th 2025, from a small dealership and they had exhausted their two allocations (one was mine for the first one).

1. What happens to an unfilled 2025 order - does it roll over to a 2026 or must it be reordered.?

2. Are 2025 unfilled orders given priority when converted to a 2026 order?

3. When do dealers get 2026 allocations for a 2026 Ranger Raptor? Can the request an expedited (and get) an allocation since the 2025 RR has been on order for over three months.

Ford does not rollover unallocated orders from model year to model year. Your dealer might do that for you, but that is up to you and your dealer.

2. Are 2025 unfilled orders given priority when converted to a 2026 order?

Your dealer can change the priority code of the order, but that is for their allocations only.

Allocations happen all year long, based on sales from the previous year. My smaller dealership probably will see their one and only RR allocation again in April (based on mine when was accepted and scheduled).

I talked to my dealer today (truck still on order) and he told me they are still taking '25 orders. That doesn't mean that they will fulfill. He said they (the dealer) will convert to MY26 if needed. Just a waiting game now.

I'm fine if the thing ends up being a 2026... would obviously prefer to get the truck sooner. All good, though.
