Thanks !
Got an email that it shipped.today.

Trying to decide if it makes more sense to get it installed prior to wrap or after the stealth wrap.
I am thinking I need to wait.
‘I saw a video of the PPF wrap going onto a truck and they showed having to pull the bed caps off to tuck the wrap up under them. Which seems like the Diamond back would have to come back off to get the bed rail caps off to install the wrap. So I think I will have to wait till after the PPF gets installed. Actually saw a video of pulling those caps for shimming purposes to install the diamond back
Good call. I'd wait as well.

The Bronco SAS rims arrived today, Tires were supposed to have arrived at discount tire Friday or Saturday. center caps came in last week.
All I am lacking is the TPMS sensors that show shipped but are not tracking. USPS can be bad about scanning pkgs into the system, so who knows where the sensors are.

No that order is from RA Ranger out of Australia.
I like their sensor covers a lot, mostly because they are steel, and have a really good quality finish on them.

Thanks for that link I will check those out. 👍

I bought the same wheels from this guy on eBay for my 25 Ranger Raptor. Haven't got mine yet but was curious if they were in good shape and you were pleased with the quality.

Well, they are still in the boxes, the TPMS sensors I ordered are still in transit so I had not messed with the rims yet. The tires should be in now, I have been fighting the urge to just have them rob the oem sensors out of the stock wheels but defeats the purpose of buying the extra sensors if I do that.

I will open a couple up when I get home tonight and report back.

Yes, they do look new. We will see what mine look like when they get here tomorrow. I was little nervous buying something that has been remanufactured but this gives me hope. Its getting harder to find pristine SAS take offs that are reasonably priced. Thank you for taking time to look and appreciate the feedback.

Yea, I was looking for week or more and most that I found were priced like pristine versions I bought before, yet were in terrible shape.
I would find one good one but they didn’t have the whole set, or they had a couple that were decent and 3 that were trashed.

New from Ford they run around $2500 which seemed crazy to me.

This was the best deal I could find on a set promoted as looking brand new guaranteed to be pristine. Which they do seem to be as advertised, like brand new.

With my 24 model I had no problem at all finding a pristine set, even the set I bought back in October for my white 25 model was pretty easy to find.

Just tip for anyone messing with any of these Ford wheels with the beadlock or simulated beadlock rings. Be sure to get yourself a TP40 (Torx plus 40) bit. A torx 40 bit might fit or seem like it fits, but a standard Torx bit will be almost guaranteed to stip out the beadlock bolt heads.
Last time I was at the local discount tire they didn’t have one and to mount and dismount tires on this style of wheel that ring needs to come off. I had to go home and get them one of my TP40s.
‘Which I do have a few of them now, after stripping several out on my Bronco years ago learning what TP is vs a T bit. They are different.
Best to get one and keep in your glove box if you have any of these Ford wheels with the beadlock rings.

Wow! had no clue that the simulated bead lock rings had to come off when mounting tires on them. Thanks for the tip and all your help. Fingers crossed.

Happy to help!

Some tire shops may not know the rings need to come off and in fairness you can get a tire squeezed over that ring, but pretty much 100% guaranteed to get your rings all scuffed and gouged up if they do that. I would suggest mentioning it to them to make sure they know. Most big city tire shops probably do know, but safe bet is to mention it and make sure they know.

They are supposed to come off prior to mounting and dismounting tires on these wheels.

Sweet, I beat you on the low mileage. My XLT had 10.6KM when I received it.
I really enjoyed ordering it.

Nice!
That is low mileage.

I actually bought all of mine off the lot, just used locator programs both Ford's and Auto trader etc. to track down the spec I wanted and find the best deals I could at the time on the spec I wanted. This black truck I found up in IA. and bought it mostly via text and interweb then had it shipped down to my home.

As of today, it still only has 9.2 miles on it. I have yet to leave my property with it.
Just moved it around a couple times while I made room in one of the garages for it. LOL

It's first trip is going to be to the tire shop about 3 miles away tomorrow to get the wheels and tires installed.

Then on the 23rd it will be going in for the Stealth PPF wrap and dynamat sound deadening in the roof and doors etc.

After that it will go get its Diamond back cover installed.

After that it will make its first road trip down to the tint shop in my hometown in OK.
To get the windows tinted. Same shop has been tinting my vehicles for over 40 years they tinted my first car back in 1986. Always makes for a nice little 4hr break in trip.
I think BT also uses the same tint shop I do.

Think about that custom stealth Ranger Godzilla emblem to go under that film! Nothing "monstrous." Small. Subtle. Refined. Maybe on the upper corner of the tailgate. Someone in Wichita should be able to make it. Are you doing anything with the tailgate letters? That will be one nice ride when you are done.
Ps: Maybe a custom dash plate with the build date etc? Or does that come with the package?
