  1. Bed rack for mounting a hardshell, wedge style rooftop tent that won't break the bank.

We actually already started on a bottom bracket for this type of setup. I'm sure you know, but it will have a reduced load capacity in this configuration. The thought is we can just swap out our single bottom mount component. That's why it's drawn as a different piece - to support these...
  2. 2024 Ranger FX4 on 37's (37x12.50x17) and 3" lift

That looks great! This would be a good candidate for the new Knine RR fenders - https://www.instagram.com/reels/DOeXreljdM6/
  3. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

Perfect. Thanks. I work from home on Mondays, but I'm going to go into the shop now and make sure we have the Bill of Materials correct for this assembly.
  4. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

That would definitely work. I have it on my list to work on those spacers and create a set with the notch on them. @jordantii do you remember which positions of the bed rail have the square notch near the stake pocket openings? I don't think it matters, but I'm curious.
  5. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

Here's the battery - https://www.litime.com/products/12v-100ah-slim-lifepo4-battery I'll see if I can find some renderings of the MOLLE panel.

  7. New Product - MAXTRAX Mounting Brackets for AAL Ford Ranger Bed MOLLE Panels

From what I can find online, the MAXTRAX dimensions are the same as the Tred Pro's, but you will need to use Tred Pro-specific mounting pins as the MAXTRAX pins are too short. I don't have any Tred Pro's here to verify, though.
  8. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

After looking at your measurements further, you have the correct bottom brackets, but a pre-production version of the risers. Not sure how that happened as those should have not been produced. However, I'm on it. We'll get it sorted ASAP.
  9. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

Yes, those are the wrong bottom brackets. I'll get with fulfillment today and get those headed your way. Can you give me your original order number? Good choice on the digital caliper. We use those same ones at the shop. Good value!
  10. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

There may be enough room on that bottom bracket (that secures the rack to the spacer stack) to put a hole in it to allow the deutsch to pass through. I can measure one Tuesday and check it in CAD.
  11. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

That's correct. The washers aren't really required, as we run a very tight tolerance on our fastener holes (0.5mm), but they they will keep the head of the bolt from scratching the powder a little. What are you looking to secure with security fasteners? We typically use metric allen head bolts...
  12. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

To run those MOLLE panels, yes, but I also have a full length one drawn up that would allow just 2 RAILs. If that's something you're interested in, let me know and I'll post it up here. I don't think we have released it yet.
  13. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

Looks like this is one of the risers, upside down. Here is how they should attach.
  14. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)

I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Can you give me a different angle?

  17. New Product - Ford Ranger & Ranger Raptor 10" Tall Bed Rack RAIL System (American Adventure Lab)
