The stock fender flares on 6G rangers (raptor and none) are attached with body clips to a crevice in the fender. So all aftermarket fender designers have to do is reuse those clips. The clips isolate the vibration but you can always add thin foam tape.

The bumper cover comes off on the lariats. There are two riser on it to the left and right of the grill that have to be filled . But the bumper comes off normally. There are already installation videos online of it. Raptor has no risers so it’s just pull and replace. No cutting required.

Give it time. I hope that ADV does raptor bumpers. But right now all I see is the overseas stuff (ARB, Predator, Hamer, etc)

The article says only 12 have been identified. I’m willing to bet it as a bad batch and not a systemic issue considering how small the list is. Remember they’ve had them since 2022 which lines up with the other batch

You won’t notice after a while but if it bothers you, any vinyl shop could wrap those very easily.
