I added some foam between the plate and mirror and that did help but it’s not perfect. When the video is on I don’t notice vibration, only when the mirror is turned off. I read some were having better luck with a metal back plate so I am going to order the P6 as recommended on the WolfBox...
I’m driving on the freeway and noticed the mirror vibrates which is a little annoying. I think I read somewhere people were putting padding or something on the bracket where it attaches to the mirror, I will have to search and figure that out. Maybe I don’t have the screws tight enough either.
#48 I received doesn’t look like the photo on the eBay listing at all but it works. It does day #48 stamped on it also and I questioned this but apparently they are different now so we got lucky.
The arms of #33 and #48 were identical but the base of #33 is too fat for the cover to go back on. #48 works perfectly. I have the camera turned slightly left and I pulled the view downwards on the touchscreen in the front only view. In split camera view you can’t scroll up/down on the mirror...
Happy New Year guys. The brackets arrived from China today on new years day. I will install after we go eat and report back. This is the og mirror then the Wolfbox with #33 on it, #48 is sitting next to it. Stay tuned, this looks promising.
So with the brackets I have coming from eBay they have the correct glass mount so you won’t need the adaptors that were shared on Amazon. No need for channel locks, I was able to twist it off with my hands, a slight turn counter clockwise I believe and it came off. Super easy. There was a cable...
This is where I ordered them from:

I’m also hoping these allow for a non obstructed front camera view being a different angle...
OK so I ordered these adapters and it did work to attach to the glass and was snug but the issue was the housing would not close due to the angle of the mirror stem in the Wolfbox kit (photo attached).
I read on Facebook someone was trying other brackets they found on eBay so I ordered 2 to...
Do you think it’s the same bracket as the Bronco? Wolfbox wasn’t sure and sent me this photo asking if the Ranger looked the same.

I got the EGR dust defense kit today and I plan to install it tomorrow. I will post some photos and let you know how the install goes. I have a spray-in bedliner.
I installed mine today and followed the instructions. It did fit well even with the EGR Rolltrac bed cover that has seals of it’s own in the back. I followed the instructions but the side rubbers lifted after a few hours. I will reach out to Keko, maybe I didn’t use enough primer or it needs an...
Question for you, do you know the amount of space between the rack and the cab near the top? I installed a 3rd brake light that is 1 inch deeper than the stock light (1 inch towards the rear). I’m wondering if it would still fit. Thanks!
Thanks, I will check that out today. The Kuat Ibex rack could be an option as well. It comes with mid and full height options with molle panels along with support for the EGR rolltrac.
I’m interested in rack options that fit with a bed cover installed that has the t-slot rails. Preferably something with molle panel options like the Go Rhino Overland Extreme. I’ve been looking at the Yakima racks as well.
