You know, this is starting to get ridiculous. I have a bed cover that clamps the brackets over the plastic bed rail. First they say we need special J brackets, now don’t mount anything to the plastic bed rail. All along quoting the owners manual that none of us got an actual copy of.

So, just for complete clarity. You put the 285 on the stock wheel, and it doesn't rub the top of the knuckle or the Upper control arm? My 255's stock are like 1/4 inch from the knuckle from the factory!
