  1. Ford Racing T1 Specs

The coilovers in a dual shock setup are pretty much just there to hold springs. They are valved to provide very little damping. So they don't generate much heat etc. The front and rear bypass shocks do most of the dampening work.

Appreciate the response Its pretty easy to broadly disparage "spacers" with hyperbolic statements like "CVs will wear quicker due to increased angle" but the devil's in the details. Will a 1" lift spacer wear less than a 5" lift spacer? Obviously, it will. There's a reason we specifically...
  3. Replacing Upper Control Arms

You need to disconnect the steering shaft. There is a M10 pinch bolt. Undo that and it slides out. Obviously, dont turn the steering wheel when disconnected. Dont worry about marking alignment or anything, the shaft is D shaped so can only go in one way.

It depends on what tyre size you want to fit? If you want a 35", you have to do 2" minimum front lift.

  7. G.O.A.T. 2/1 vs 1.5/1 Thoughts, Regrets, Etc

If you see a Raptor that has a 2/1" that looks nose high, it will be because the rear has been sagged due to extra weight/accessories. Its technically impossible for a factory setup with a 2/1" spacer kit to sit nose high. You can also do 2" front 1.5" rear for more rake if that suits you better.

Brake lines - No No breathers on the Raptor suspension Bump stops are on the shock shaft. So strut spacers have no effect on bump stop engaging at the same point. We detail this extensively in the post
  11. The ULTIMATE guide to lifting your Ranger Raptor

Bang on. The rear does have more clearance at full comp so a 1" front spacer lift is all that is required for that tyre size.

Ahh ok. Yes, it would be best practice to recalibrate after replacement
  13. Rear Suspension Sensor Broken Link

The rear lower side is very sturdy, im yet to have seen that one broken. The bracket its attached to should be a simple part to buy from Ford. I dont thimk our kit would be the right choice here.

We make a pivot ball upgrade for this very reason https://goatoffroad.com.au/products/next-gen-ranger-raptor-ride-height-sensor-pivot-ball-upgrade

every set of method wheels we have installed have come with ET lugs on RR.
  16. Extended thread lugs for aftermarket wheels?

All method wheels should come with ET lugs as standard. They are designed specifically to work with them.
  17. The ULTIMATE guide to lifting your Ranger Raptor

That video holds zero relevance to what works on the RR. We absolutely agree that on most platforms, strut spacers arent the best option. But none of the "problems" they discuss are relevant to the RR and in particular, the RR strut spacers we design and make. We dont lose travel, we...
