The metal sounds like its solid and heavy in the video. The guy tapped a few things during some of the video and that safe doesnt sound flimsy, at all.

His video brings up one good point, and it makes me ask, did you guys make that wire pass hole slightly larger? I, too, have something that is plugged into the power port in the console so i would need to modify that hole, probably a little large like he mentioned.

And the loss of using the storage tray. I wonder if you can do a half height safe that lets a person keep the upper storage tray still?

Thank you. That half height and hole would definitly make the safe alot more useful for me. I really only need to be able to store a pistol in there when somewhere they are not allowed so the height being low and me keeping the upper storage tray is a huge plus.
