I'm posting this here so it's internet searchable and hope it'll help others if they need to find the factory keypad cod
I found the Remote Anti-Theft Personality (RAP) module with the code on it. It's in the driver's foot-well, next to the door frame. It's low and close to the floor. The sticker is facing the front of the car.
I got it by laying on my back on the floor, head next to the brake pedal, and by looking near the hood release latch. I could not see it with my eyes (due to the position) but got it with a smartphone camera.
