Yeah will be surprised if we don't see scheduling next week.Middle to end of Feb. they will be scheduling for April
The dealerships can't yet order stock trucks - they will have none to sell - unless you mean retail orders purchased by you and meWith 1747 Unscheduled Retail Orders at last report, one would hope those of us in that number would be scheduled in the next round of scheduling. The wait is wearing on me but at least it appears like Rangers are now moving out of the factory lots and on to shipping. Am sure the dealerships are equally anxious to finally get some Rangers to sell.
There was word at the start of the year (from Newface and Fordvideo guy) that Ford was planning to build 3500 non-raptors in March. I was thinking that based on the recent scheduling there should still be about 1500 production slots open for March. But That was assuming they were only scheduling retail orders. Forvideo guy said on tonight's scheduling notes live stream that they have filled up their march slots - so they must be scheduling stock orders already. The dealerships can't yet order stock trucks - they will have none to sell - unless you mean retail orders purchased by you and me
Boy Ford is launching into a bad environment - high Interest Rates, Low demand for buyers, The only good thing - no dealer mark ups on standard ranger ( I don't think ) if there are then there are plenty to choose from - GM, Toyota, Nissan, Rivian, Tesla ... I hope the best for a good Ford Launch. There was word at the start of the year (from Newface and Fordvideo guy) that Ford was planning to build 3500 non-raptors in March. On the top of your order form ( the one you signed and put you address, email, etc) it will show whether it is stack or retail. It will be in the block directly above the priority code.I'm still wondering if my dealer moved my order from a stock order the day the order banks opened to a retail order since I signed the form and left a deposit and a copy of my license.
I’ll have to take a look, will that make a difference? On the top of your order form ( the one you signed and put you address, email, etc) it will show whether it is stack or retail. It will be in the block directly above the priority code.
At this point, I have no idea! I believe Ford said initially they would be prioritizing retail over stock, but I’m not entirely sure this is the case. I spoke with two dealers that had stock orders scheduled for production weeks before my retail order was scheduled. They must have a method to the madness, but it’s lost on me! I would assume that if you have an order sheet, then yours is probably retail. If you’ve received any of the email updates directly from Ford, then you’re retail.I’ll have to take a look, will that make a difference?
I sure hope so! Could use a little boost of excitement again on this processMy crystal ball says next week we all will get scheduled.
