2025 Infotainment screen Glitch

UPDATE - Took it in on a Thursday, dealership had no idea what caused the glitch. They ended up switching the unit - got the truck back Tuesday morning. Covered 100%.



Hello friends, seeking help here with my center screen glitch. The touch screen is responsive - changing temp with the on-screen option, etc. the screen appears like the image below from start to shut off, with the ford load screens cut-off and such.
I’ve tried the software factory reset with no luck. I’m suspecting the issue is related to a recent software update. Not sure if owners have the ability to revert to a previous version, or if I should have a tech help here. Any help or ideas welcome.

i bet you have to take it in and have the ford guys play with it. i have no idea on rolling back to the previous update

Did you try a soft reset?

Maybe try disconnecting the battery for 10min or so? Other than that, I think you’ll need to take it in unfortunately
