Sort of. It looks like the alloy wheels have been removed, so you’re getting black steelies.
Good catch. I guess that's why my mind went to it being gone because I hate Ford base wheels, so that was what's nice about the package to me.

There are some screaming deals on 2025s right now. No reason not to buy one with basically zero changes for 2026.

(Unless you just really love sunroofs and are willing to wait until spring, I guess.)
I was going to wait until next year to buy, but I couldn't pass up the deals that were offered a few weeks back. I picked up an XLT with Luxury, tow, and tech package for $6250.00 under MSRP.

I'd say if you want a Lariat jump on it now. The headlights alone are worth it, since they're being downgraded to the XLT-style ones and with a Forscan hack you get matrix LEDs which are amazing. Also, leather seats are being deleted for 2026 on the Lariat.

I thought about it, also. Found what I wanted and the rebates were too good to wait. Not disappointed.

Have there been enough changes from the ‘25 to the ‘26 to justify waiting?
No, depending on model I think they are either unchanged or de-contented for 2026.
I think a color change to different shade of grey, and late availability of a sunroof for non-raptors, are main things that were added or changed.

If shopping for Lariat you loose real leather for 2026.

If shopping for Raptor no changes at all other, than that different shade of grey color offering.

Really nothing that justifies the higher $1000- $4000 difference in price for a 2026.
When I say 4K difference in price I am referring to the approximate $1000 price increase and lack there of a current $3000 rebate that comes into play on non-Raptors.

From my experience with my 21 Bronco and my buddies 23 Bronco.......everything's just a bit tighter and quieter and feels better built. Not saying theirs enough to justify the potential price difference if you find a good deal but if you're not in "NEED" then picking and waiting is always a better option. Also, might get a better % rate in addition to dealers becoming more desperate in the first few months of next year regardless if inventory stacks up. 🤷‍♂️

Are the Lariat headlights confirmed somewhere? Because I can't find it. And there's nothing in the order guide about the Lariats headlights.

I think it states that the Lariat pkg includes the items seen in the XLT pkg.
The headlights were described in the XLT section and it is thought that the Lariat in 2026 will loose its projector LED and have the same LEDs that are found in the XLT as shown in the order guide.

This was something we had been discussing in a different thread, that it seems that only the Raptor now has the projector LED Headlights for 2026.

I saw that other thread, and there wasn't anything definitive listed there either. The order guide lists headlights for every trim EXCEPT the Lariat. I guess we will see when they start rolling off the line. It would definitely be unfortunate if Ford changed the headlamps for 2026.

As of moments ago, Conklin Ford in Newton, Kansas, has several 2025 XLT's in various colors discounted up to $7k off MRSP, plus the discount for military service. Long McArthur in Salina, KS has XLTs $6K to $8,250 off MSRP and two identical White RR at $1500 off. Worth calling these dealers. Or print off their comparable to what you want, go to your dealer with it, and ask them to match it. Or do what I did and buy it over the phone, traded in over the phone, got the right out the door price, shipped it to my front door, then back hauled my trade to them. $800 each way but with the rebates....

Unless you want one of the new colors...... 🤷‍♂️ Hard to pass up good money deals otherwise.

This is the best time of year to use the long lost art of.....negotiate! These are good money deals, the leverage is on the consumer side for sure.

I'd get the '25 over the '26, the '26 has the third brake light on the tailgate handle eliminating the cargo lamp.
