Sorry Mikey. Just trying to make light of the situation. If you've already lowered the air pressure to 39 or below, I'm not sure much else can be done to make the truck comfortable to your level. And just to be clear, you are on the "normal" ride setting, correct?
Yes all settings are set to use on highway
Normal, comfort steering
There is definitely a vibration and I have seen a couple of buyback resales due to vibration hence
Is this your first truck? What were your last 3 vehicles if you will kind sir?

Picked up 2025 RR in White
Great looking truck
Heard they suffer from vibrations I have already lowered tire pressures that came at 46Ibs and had dealer re balance but man my torso aches from driving as you can feel the vibrations in the seat of your pants
Anyone else
Thanks
Mike
My 2019 came with 50psi, dealer didn't check it. When I did a level lift and new shocks, uca's and went up to 285 70 17 WildPeak tires i started at 40 psi (I ran 40 in my take home police car with all of my regular gear plus allergy of my scuba gear it handled perfectly) but 40 was a bit hard on my back after a while so I lowered to 35 psi cold and it was alot more comfortable. I have a bad back, 3 surgeries including 2 total disc replacement's and ablations and 2 total knees. I feel your pain. Although my 19 was as close to a RR as I wanted to get, the test drive in the 2025 RR on my local daily driven streets with all of the bumps, it rode better than my 19 Lariat and better than my wife's Lincoln MKX! I don't know what psi was set at and I didn't think to see what settings the steering was set at from the factory, I don't recall seeing a 4H icon lit up. I would try 35psi cold, 2H, and different modes, normal, sport etc, leaving your seat at a preferred comfort setting and drive the same roads for a day before you make changes. I had just had my 1st (right) knee replacement before I retired so I was on desk duty driving my 19 Ranger back and forth to work at the Sheriff's Office, only 10 minute's but I couldn't get comfortable at all for a while. An hour drive to deer camp was a killer but after my knee, back and hips learned to get along it was much better. I did have a coccyx seat cushion and an added lumbar pillow, the oem lumbar didn't hit me in the right spot post op.

It rides worse than a Frontier?...yeah, there is a problem with your RR. Sounds like a trip to a trusted dealer is in order.

Will keep you all posted
I have had wheels rebalanced and all setting set to best ride possible
The drivetrain is where the vibration is

Is the vibration constant, vary with speed or vibration only at certain speed? Also do you feel in the steering wheel or the seat or both? Just asking as they will help the mechanic pinpoint the source.
I had a similar issue with vibration soon after buying new tires. Tire shop balanced the tires 4 times then admitted three of the tires were out of round causing a varying vibration.
All replaced resolved the problem.
