so wait, when I looked under my 2025 I did not see the extra wire needed for that plug? Or is it an all new pigtail that comes with the panel and hooks up to the same existing plug that only fires the one plug that now fires them both up?

The 2024 panel should have a new pigtail that all goes into that orange harness with the gray connector, and it will fire them both up. If you look closely at OP's last picture showing the two gray plugs side by side, the left plug has six pins total (which I assume to be the new panel that includes the 12v), and the right plug only has 4 pins total (assuming this is 110v only). Based on OP's results, appears that Ford ran 12v power to the factory harness/gray connector on the frame, so it should be plug and play.

TY @dcky12937 for the info and pics. Was bummed my 2025 only came with the 110v outlet. Picked up the 2024 panel for $230 shipped. Really nice that it's plug and play..
Do you have a link to said site to get 2024 panel? Two places so far are telling me it is the wrong part #. "BR" is now "BY"

I ordered through Ford Parts Giant, but they immediately cancelled and said it was out of stock. Found a few other sites with the "BR" part number that actually show inventory status, and everything is backordered or out of stock. Unsure if "BY" is the right part - only found one site that had it, and it was $430.

Assuming the 12v wiring is in the factory plug on the frame, I may just do my own socket and splice into it. Finding the full panel is turning into a needle in a haystack...

I have everything to put mine together, the socket arrived just now. It's hard to fins a good quality socket but I am pretty pleased with this one, it also comes with a trim plate. I like the way the cover locks open, my last one didn't and the pressure of the cover spring tends to loosen your plug when driving, I had to rig up a zip tie on my other truck to keep the cooler from losing power:

I also received this, already pinned with #14 copper wire, well worth it for me not to have to mess with pinning, soldering and crimping:

I've already tested it and with my 12 volt cooler plugged in, engine running the voltage was plenty high enough, I wrote it down but IIR it was 12.9V @ 5 amps and that's with 4 feet of #14 test wire and 6 feet of cooler cord.

I'm just going to drill the blank off plate and install it. The additional rectangular trim plate makes it look nice and keeps it from rotating in the hole.

Anyone have the wiring diagram for that accessory plug?
