Hopefully this is the correct subforum.

New 2026 Ranger Raptor. Is there something owners need to do in order to use voice navigation commands or via Sync? I tried using Sync voice commands to bring up navigation and Sync came back saying navigation is not available.

Checked with Ford via their chat window and the rep confirmed my vin has it. Ford portal, my vehicles, shows Connected Navigation and copilot. User error I am sure so figured I'd ask about it here what I need to do or can look at.

Thanks.

I know it will pop up at times saying to connect a device which I thought was odd because I added the phone. I use it for music and calls come across.

I will have to check again since maybe I am confusing standard bluetooth vs apple's care play and actual device connectivity.

Thanks - will check into it.

I have had my 2025 RR for almost a year now and tried to use nav for the first time. I got the same message. Then I went into settings and enabled nav and other connected services and it started working. Now several weeks later I get an email that my nav trial is ending and I have to pay for it. That is some shady BS right there. My explorer ST had free nav for life. I have never connected my phone to any of my vehicles and don't plan to. I don't need all that connectivity crap in my vehicle.
