Curious how you mounted this. They told me that they won't even sell them for a Ranger because you can't mount anything onto the bed moldings.
This was true for anything made before September of 2024. Ford fixed the issue with reinforcement, and sells an accessory part to retroactively fix those older ones.

I am looking at this same setup, BAK Revolver X4TS with Elevate Rack.

That was a different issue and you had to mount J braces to strengthen the bed, they fixed that late in 24. The issue with the racks is that you can't mount anything to the moldings on top of the bed. Look at the removable covers for the pockets, it says no loading. If you go to the realtruck site and put in gen 6 ranger the elevate rack won't even come up as an option, only the rails. I called and they said they don't sell them for the ranger because of this.

I think we'll be seeing some future complaints about crushed bed rails when these racks start getting loaded up...

I have a block of delrin on the way that I plan to make my own stake pocket spacer from.

I agree. You can push the moldings down 1/2" with just finger pressure near the pockets. It would bend the T slot rails on the elevate rack the first time you put any substantial weight on it. The spacers are a good idea. The block you have coming big enough for two sets? Lol

I cut some spacers out of 1"x3" aluminum bar.

There might be enough material for a competent and thoughtful machinist to squeeze out 12 spacers, but unfortunately I am none of those things and will likely hack up the first 2 pretty bad before I figure out what I'm doing.

LOL! I ordered a block of Delrin last night. All I have is a band saw and drill press so not sure what I can do with that. Might try to see if one of the guys at work can do it for me.

I created and 3d printed my own out of ASA filament. Only time will tell how durable they will be, but they feel solid. They were printed at 100% infill. If anyone want's the STL files let me know and I can send them your way.

I don't yet have a rack, but I did manage to grab a couple of pictures of how the BAK Revolver X4TS installs in the 2025.

The Adarac bed racks use aluminum spacers that sit on the stake pockets, then the t-slot rails mount to the stake pockets. I haven't loaded up the rack much yet, so I can't comment on strength.

Hi, I'm new here and this is an almost year old thread but I have been told the elevate racks do not fit the ford ranger. is it just the length of the bars? how has your experience been with the racks? I just need something to hold a cargo box to go skiing at this time

Im very interested in this too. Did you have to fabricate anything for the install or did it just bolt right on?

Looking closer at the photos, it looks like he has the X4S with T Slot rails (which unfortunately I didn't get). That appears to be how he installed this rack.

I have the Gator SR1 Pro soft cover. The rack will fit the 6Gen Ranger, I called and verified, I don't know why they haven't updated their site. They only modification I did was to drill through the bed rail to be able to bolt the t-slot rail to the bed rail. Without the bolts the whole rail system would lift up when I applied upward lift on the rack. I use it to transport my kayaks and it was lifting a bit when I carried them. I haven't had any issues since.

correct, I used the Elevate t-slot rails to mount the rack. The t-slot rails sit agiinst the bed rails and the tonneau cover rail sits inside that and they are all clamped together.

I was looking at the BAK Revolver X4ts Roll up cover with the t-slots and on the real truck website they have the elevate racks that work with it but for some reason do not fit the ranger raptor. No help from customer service, just 'it doesn't fit'. the only thing I can assume is the bars are too wide because obviously the towers fit with the cover.
