Curious how you mounted this. They told me that they won't even sell them for a Ranger because you can't mount anything onto the bed moldings.
This was true for anything made before September of 2024. Ford fixed the issue with reinforcement, and sells an accessory part to retroactively fix those older ones.

I am looking at this same setup, BAK Revolver X4TS with Elevate Rack.

That was a different issue and you had to mount J braces to strengthen the bed, they fixed that late in 24. The issue with the racks is that you can't mount anything to the moldings on top of the bed. Look at the removable covers for the pockets, it says no loading. If you go to the realtruck site and put in gen 6 ranger the elevate rack won't even come up as an option, only the rails. I called and they said they don't sell them for the ranger because of this.

I think we'll be seeing some future complaints about crushed bed rails when these racks start getting loaded up...

I have a block of delrin on the way that I plan to make my own stake pocket spacer from.

I agree. You can push the moldings down 1/2" with just finger pressure near the pockets. It would bend the T slot rails on the elevate rack the first time you put any substantial weight on it. The spacers are a good idea. The block you have coming big enough for two sets? Lol
