I can try helping you out with that.

When I was considering to buy this front camera interface I had to contact the manufacturer because their website said it only worked with 2024 Ranger models and my car is already 2025 model. Their answer was that they haven't tested on 2025 model yet, so they could not assure it would work. I said I would be the guinea pig to that. After knowing it worked, I contacted them again to let them know it too. They got pretty excited with my feedback and thanked me a lot.

I can try contacting them once again and telling I now have an international beta tester. I guess they would be interested expanding their sales to a whole new country. If that's the case, probably they will make a direct sell to you.

In worst case scenario, I can personally send you one with no extra costs. You just pay for the interface + camera + shipping.
How’d you go?

Today I removed the front grille to make a 3D printed mount. Maybe tomorrow I bring you news.

How’d you go?
Not the way I expected. They showed me concern about the international model may being different from the brazilian model and the interface not working the way it should.

They are not wrong. I get they have a reputation and want to sell products with the guarantee of flawless operation, but I truly expected they would at least be willing to give it a try because in my reading, if it didn't work, they would refund you and that would be their total cost. But if it worked, they would get a whole new market to explore, internationally.

Anyway, I'll try once again. Let you know.

So we are not sure if it will work with a US spec vehicle? Darn, I was getting ready to ask you to help get me one.

No, we don't. If you are willing to try it, we can figure something out. If it doesn't work, you ship it back to me.

Do you know how much the kit plus the camera plus shipping would be in US dollars? I looked at shipping to Brazil for 3 pounds and it looked to be approximately $35 USD.

I guess it's going to be around USD 135 or 150 the items (plug and play connection interface + 720p camera). The shipping I have no idea how much it would cost.

Let me just remind you that the company that produces the interface only guarantee it works on Brazilian Ranger models. For they to validate it to the US or even other countries models they would have to bring those cars to Brazil and test.

If you are willing to try, I can help you with the logistics. You can buy it online and send to my address so I can redirect it to you, or I can buy it myself and send to you. However is better for you.

And if it doesn't work for you, you can ship it back to me and I try to sell it to you. At least you can get some of the amount back.

Hi guys. I got some news.

Since I installed the camera, about a month ago, I have been testing it and now that i'm confident it really works just well, I move forward on its fixation.

I met a guy who make 3D prints, so we took the front grill off, he made a 3D scanning of the place I would like the camera to be, he printed a prototype, we tested, it fixated very well on the grill but it was pointing down way too much. So we made a 2.0 version with some improvements like the vision field, a upper protection to the camera and a cable holder to hide it behind the FORD letters.

Now I'm exactly in the middle of it. I already got the new printed version but could not install it yet. Maybe this weekend I install it.

Hi

How about just buy oem, run coax and install cameras. Change ipma if necessary and in same process you can change the screen from 10-12 if not allready have. All parts is easy to get from dismantled for example from UK. Use forscan and that's it. No need for aftermarket and you get the full potentional of sfas and copilot aswell ;)

Done that for my EU tremor which is something like XL in this aspect

Where do you terminate the coax?

Following oem harness, using their own places in the inline connectors. There sr for example easymanuals who have us spec ranger wiring diagrams quite cheap. There are some hick ups with wire colours mainly but the the connector list, pinouts, locations, routing etc is all there.

Then for the project starters I suggest to pay attention to Tyler lusls ford f150 14th gen 360 cam materials.

There is s link to gdrive with some part number etc, but in the end get ranger parts from tasca of from second hand.

What else, rememver to copy and copy copy asbuilt data even in the middle of project. My took little bit time because needed to keep the car in drive condition all the time so it was basically changing area by are at the time.

Ranger is great car you can do anything to them. Prewiring is quite high level and yet again, you can get high level car parts from dismantling yards. If I simplify very much, making XL to platinium(without engine swap) in your back yard, plug and play. And thinking with forscan. Upfitting the car is not expensive, my full co-pilot project with front end parking sensors and pro trailer (haven't even needed that, but why no? If that is possible to get), full blis, 360 light, dynamic bending projectors (needed to install hcm and hight sensors, but prewiring was there waiting in a terminals), emm I have forgotten something but anyways just barely 3000e. Most expensive parts was headlight and 12" screen.

Oh, forgot. Prewiring. Only coax is wire that ain't there from the factory. But they are super simple to pull in place. With the doors I decided to find raptor left and right full harnesses to get all the functions in mirrors and small step towards installing full keyless PKE with PBS :) (IAM thinking that IAM some sort of masokist when I decided to se buy buy to warranties and started to have fun)

It is part of the memory seat function, it slides the seat back when you shut down for easy exit And stays there when you get back in, (easy entry) and slides back to the programmed drive position.
