Ali Express LED DRL Headlights?

Has anyone tried these - AliExpress - Headlights ? Pricey and China, but they kinda look cool for some reason. Maybe I'm captivated by the movement, not sure. Maybe I haven't had enough coffee this morning. Thoughts?
