Anyone get build confirmation email yet?

If you are referring to FMCdealer there was no communication. Thats probably why. If its through a webx or video then many may not have seen it yet. Regardless, the retail order went through just fine. We did same order as stock and that order went through fine as well. I also called our Ford rep and he said if its the one allocated as retail itll be pulled. So who knows.

You won't get confirmation email when they aren't acknowledging retail orders for Raptor yet. I don't understand how these dealers didn't see the bulletin sent to all of them.

Amazing how little most know anything about their own businesses and vehicles.

You sound like the end all be all of information. Its quite possible that you may not have all the answers either. The Ford rep said retail raptor orders for the one allocated can be picked up and the order went through fine. Wait and see is where im at and where everyone else should be as well.

Then he is contradicting the dealer bulletin ford sent to all dealers the day before orders could be entered that addressed raptor orders directly. But good luck to you. I hope it works.

I don't know why the bulletin went out if that wasn't what Ford's policy was gonna be. But who knows??

You submit buildable orders to the Ford system. As a dealer's allocation, commodities, production capability etc match, ford pulls buildable orders from dealers submitted order bank.

If an order is submitted with an error or is unbuildable for any other reason, ford will never pull it out of the order bank for it to be built.

I'm wondering if my dealer put their email address for updates...they told me they would be texting me every Thursday with build updates and I never received an email...granted I just ordered a Lariat

Your salesman and you should both get the email… I am a salesman at a dealership and do this every day

Is there any reason why some of us haven't got an email? Is it because our order aren't officially in the order bank yet? Or is it just the time to get the email variable?

In my experience… and you may not want to hear this… it’s because it hasn’t been submitted to Ford yet…

Yeah thats what I am thinking. I wonder if theres like a designated guy that submits orders at the dealership, and he hasn't done it yet.

I was first in line to have my order submitted when the order banks opened up....I just texted my dealer/salesman a polite wtf to see what they say
