If you did not receive an "I got your order" e-mail from Ford, you wont get any others in my experience

No clue...I've never pre-ordered a vehicle before. My current car was exactly what I wanted and bought off the lot...same before that

I actually received the email a few minutes after placing the order. It is a priority code 10 but may be cancelled and ordered as a stock order. Waiting to hear back from the dealer.
