Had a slider window come lose, repaired under warranty at no cost, but found out that in the manufacturing process I still had a leak.
Have had to send my topper back for warranty work after a repair for both windows and dealer (suburban toppers) still found a leak. Seems the factory did not have a "continuous" bead of sealant for the Revo. There was about a 1" to 2" gap and allowed water into the load box. PIA as I had to send topper back in for repair, but the dealer found a potential problem if you have such topper.
Suburban Topper here in Denver has been excellent on communication of the repair and gave me a loaner to use. I have included a pic of the Revo (frameless) and the loaner (framed window) if you are trying to decide on the difference in "look".
I would recommend this dealer here in the Denver Colorado area. Very happy with Dan/his team and his/there service.
Even though there are some tradeoffs between styles, I do like the seamless look and color match came out pretty darn good.
