I installed on mine a JB4 tune, JB4 meth, Fabulous Fab CAI, and Fenix IC. It went from 345 whp stock to 417 whp on the most aggressive JB4 map with 93 octane. When I did this in 2023 there were'nt much options available for the RR.

I have seen other intercoolers much larger, I would upgrade to one of those, other than that I would stick with the same other items.

I hope the info helps.

Looks good. I’ve been trying to get a sheet from process West on their intercooler and air intake because there is nothing on the website and their distributors said that they have sent them nothing. Really makes me laugh that people would spend that much money and there’s no facts or data to back it up.

I went with the FP tune full PW kit Turbosmart blowoff valve Wagner intercooler & Borla Atak Exhaust so far happy with the quality of the PW intake & intake tube and all the intercooler piping everything fit perfect and looks great also Wagner intercooler fit well and the Borla sounds great probably going to the ZFG tune as I want more power
Ran a 13.30 @ 100.80 on the street (dragy)

Sweet set-up and I see that you have the same CARB stickers that I have in my Injen/CVFabrication Bronco down here in the 310!!! :):):)

It's a roomy engine bay. If I do keep this truck a long time it will likely go under transplant surgery for a Coyote 5.0 with SC or maybe even a 5.2 Raptor R crate motor.

If Ford gets a wild hair to add a Ranger Raptor "R" with 5.0 and I'm upgrading for sure.
My god, I couldn't imagine putting this monster under the hood of my R/R!!!

Nobody has more experience tuning the 3.0 EB than these guys…
Even with an upgraded fuel pump and injectors they aren’t making 500hp w/ E85.

Sorry, I'm late to the party. This post by ZFG that you're referring to is part of a bigger build that tested different performance products, and along the way we provided data to the companies, while also sharing some publicly as well. Here was a stock truck with only a fuel upgrade. We are at 500 rwhp and over 500 lb ft tq on 93 pump gas with only ZFG tuning, FenFab intake/Charge pipes/catted downpipes. The rest is stock. No fuel mods. Only reason its not more hp and tq is we stopped there to test the transmission. Here's dyno chart and video.

Links to what? There is no link to anyone making 500hp out of a 3.0L ecoboost with just an airbox and an intercooler.

There’s several that have done it with downpipes, fuel pump, injectors, etc…
We are. Intake, DP's, Charge pipes, tuning, 93 octane stock fuel system & stock intercooler.
@Catalyst You're right, as long as it can inhale and exhale, stock fueling will get you there.

In @AlpineBike defense, some of the first data we put out was with upgraded fueling, so it was a little misleading. But was part of our build process.

Would love to see dyno results of this without SAE correction!

What was the most power you were able to make with just intake and tune?
Were you really able to notice any flow restriction with the stock charge pipes?

The SAE corrected numbers ensure you’re comparing apples to apples. So if one dyno chart was our pull in Detroit in September-20 below 0 humidity, we still can compare to a pull in Miami July 100 degrees and 80 % humidity. You may already know that, if so I apologize, was just making sure we were on the same page.
The link I posted with that dyno run shows uncorrected as well as corrected. It’s in the post above ☝.
Also here is an uncorrected run.

I’ll have to look back and see. We did more baseline and part testing on the gray truck, this run was with the white one in the video. With it, was just a before and after.
Flow restriction biggest area was/is factory intake and factory downpipes. I’ll get with Adam (ZFG Racing) and see if he’ll pull the charge pipe data.

I’m currently running the FP tune and the COBB intercooler, and like others, I have the AFE intake on order.
You’re not going to see 500 ponies with that equipment, but you will get a solid increase over the stock numbers, and the reliability needed for a daily driver. You can easily get to the numbers you’re looking for, but it’s going to take down pipes, larger injectors, and a custom tune, and at that point reliability is a crap shoot. I’m going to stick with the basics, and hopefully enjoy driving my RR for many years to come.
Are you still happy with you COBB intercooler? How was the install? Can you take a picture from the front grille? How much bigger is the COBB to the stock intercooler?

I’m incredibly happy with the COBB intercooler! Now the only time I see elevated IAT’s is sitting in traffic, and as soon as you start moving, those readings drop to within a couple degrees of ambient.
The install took about 30min. I’ll post some pictures I took during the install, and then grab a picture from the front tomorrow.

I looked on FenFab's website and I can't find anything for the Ranger Raptor. Looking for intercooler, piping and down pipes.

Yes sir. Happy to help. FenFab is the manufacture. Buy FenFab
I also have Wagner, CVFabrication, and Process West Intercoolers.
