Glad they finally got back to you i have been waiting for probably a year now for help with a damaged full grill I ordered from them for my 24 RR. I have reached out to them multiple times through email and their chat and get ghosted every time. Horrible follow up Signature Lux I didn't ask for anything but a paint code and I would pay to have it fixed here.
besides the damage, did the aussie grill fit?

Strange they got back to me right after I posted here. Why not try click on the Signature Lux at the top and direct messaging them?

Was about to grab these Amber DRL’s but then stumbled upon this. At the risk of sounding too blunt, do these guys still suck? Or have we sorted out how this could have happened and addressed it? I’m not willing to sign up for a 6 month ghost-the-customer ordeal like OP.

Still have not heard anything from them about the damage on my grill all i asked for was a paint code and i would cover the repair and still nothing. its been over a year now contacted them multiple times via chat, email, and dm still just a ghost town. They have nice looking stuff but will not give them another penny at this point. I hope you read this @Signature Lux
and realize you are losing customers with your horrible customer service.

All I needed to hear, they’re on the naughty list then. Sucks you went through all that. Seems like maybe with an ocean between us they feel it’s ok to leave the proverbial ball dropped.

I’m not sure if this forum has any standards vendors are held to, but if they’re advertising here and holding ā€˜gold’ supporter status, that should carry some weight — it should mean they’re inherently trusted. They’ve proven that’s not the case.

Caveat emptor and all that, folks.

I can't speak for the others buy they took care of me. Sent me replacements(better lights) with no extra charge. I think a lot of people have used them and were happy.
