Easy. Lift seat bottom and unbolt the belt and buckle bracket with a T50 bit. Disconnect seat belt wiring. Slip buckle through seat cover, then lower seat bottom about halfway and pull bracket up between bottom and back. Snake the bracket back down behind the seat back, reconnect wiring, pull buckle back through seat cover, and bolt the bracket back down. Took me 15 minutes and now I have no center belt to get in the way, but all three buckles are in their correct position.
This is some Einstein type of thinking - gonna give it a try. If I get stuck I might need pix

So I got the T50 off, I unplugged the wire as seen in picture 1 but this bracket in picture 2 holds both the center seat belt and the drivers side back passenger side seat belt. To remove the wiring bracket from the floor there are only two options as shown in picture 3 &4. Even if I manage to get the wiring bracket off the floor and slip it through the seat - you still have both seat belts attached to that other bracket with no way to remove the middle one without cutting it. Maybe I’m going about this wrong? Ideally you want to pull the seat belt bracket through the seat, detach the middle belt and push the bracket back through the seat and re-bolt it back up so the passenger side still works. Not seeing how this is possible

This is the only bracket you need to move.

Once you disconnect the wiring harness from the buckle, you leave the part with the tab snapped into the cab floor.

There is an elastic band as well as the leather that the buckle needs to be pulled down through. Once that's free, the buckle and bracket can be fished from between the seat bottom and seat back.

Finished product -

Edit: the buckle is removed from the seat bottom by pulling it down under the seat toward the cab floor. Then the bracket will be free to be pulled out from between the bottom and the back so you can drop the center belt behind the seat. Be careful of the bolt so it doesn't snag on the leather seat covers.

Edit 2: the elastic that goes around the buckle is to keep it from getting lost under the back seat when you raise and lower it. The seat cover won't do that alone.

Thanks - I’m gonna take a second look at it tomorrow - time to relax and watch the NASCAR All-Star race.

Finally got it right using Pablo’s directions. First of all to remove the center bracket there is a rubber grommet in the center of the bracket holding it to the floor; pull straight up carefully and it will release intact and you can push it back down on reinstall. Secondly, I had to cut the elastic band holding the buckle so I could actually pull it through the seat. It wouldn’t unwrap; no danger cutting that elastic band. Then I pulled it up through the seat and using Pablo’s half seat lift directions. Then lowered the back seat down and pulled it through. Then as Pablo states you simply push the seat belt connector back through the seat for esthetics and reattach the wire below and re-screw in the T50 bolt (without cross threading it).

This is great, but it renders the middle seat useless, so no way to buckle a middle passenger should the need arise? I like the idea though, as that belt looks to be dumb design. if only they had given us 60/40 split, I bet that would have worked better to tuck in the belt when folded down.

The way I see it, the middle seat is pretty much useless on this truck for adults, and most people have their own car. If it's an emergency, they can ride in the bed or without a seat belt like we did back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Lol

Exactly my feeling as well. I’m not taking more than two people in the back. If it is an emergency they will have to sign a waver and sit in the middle at their own risk 😂

Thank you Pablo - I swear to God I came really close to just taking my razor knife and cutting the belt right out. 🤣
