This is some Einstein type of thinking - gonna give it a try. If I get stuck I might need pixEasy. Lift seat bottom and unbolt the belt and buckle bracket with a T50 bit. Disconnect seat belt wiring. Slip buckle through seat cover, then lower seat bottom about halfway and pull bracket up between bottom and back. Snake the bracket back down behind the seat back, reconnect wiring, pull buckle back through seat cover, and bolt the bracket back down. Took me 15 minutes and now I have no center belt to get in the way, but all three buckles are in their correct position.
