I was supposed to get my second canned response on oct 9th but the strike ruined it. Now that is over I still haven't gotten my second canned response. Not sure if I'm just waiting on the 3rd one whenever the 45 days from the 2nd one

I got the 45 day email, the you're scheduled email and never another word. I have to login if I want to see any kind of update. It'd be nice if there was an automatic email anytime the date changed, but there isn't. Has anyone received a 90 day email?

I've mapped both my orders out and have only received 1 email per each order. No scheduling as of yet. Next up is 11/25 on Order #2, so we'll see what happens on that date.

I'm on day 93 and haven't received my 1st 45 day email from Ford. Just the original order confirmation.

I at 155 days and never received one but I in Canada so we don't get them, just have to keep bugging dealer. Last time I bugged them they told me my order is prioritized whatever that means

I got the 45 day email, the you're scheduled email and never another word. I have to login if I want to see any kind of update. It'd be nice if there was an automatic email anytime the date changed, but there isn't. Has anyone received a 90 day email?

When I ordered my maverick, i got emails every time an update for my order occurred. No update, no email.

My build date has changed 5 or 6 times, but I've never received an email about it. At this point, I assume I might get one when it moves into production. I guess a date change doesn't qualify as an update.

The order tracker says the last update was when they first gave me a VIN. Originally Scheduled week was in right as the strike happened. It's obvious that there would be a delay, but some communication would be nice.

I ordered on June 1st, got the 2 canned emails, still no VIN, no build date. My dealer didn’t cancel the order but I turned in my 2020 Ranger lease and picked up a 2023 GMC Canyon Elevation. Found it on the lot by my house and snagged it. No regrets. I wasn’t gonna wait till whenever next year for the Ranger.

I did not receive an email from Ford on 11/25 regarding my order from Dealer 2. Next up is 12/23 from Dealer 1.

I am missing 3 but we don't get any in Canada. We just contact dealer or FordChat and they gives us our update.

Yea I had to call since ford chat doesn't seem to load. They said still pending a scheduled date. So I'm still waiting.

Last time I talked with my dealer(about a month ago) he said mine was prioritized(whatever that means...lol).
