My son and i were talking about installing a hitch on his 24 ranger. I sent him some pics of which bolts hold on my factory hitch so he could get an idea of what to unbolt.
Well, my truck has the factory hitch, which seems to be part of the bumper support or mounts, out to the actual ball hitch area amd his bumper mount is totally different.
Mine: 2024 stx 2wd with factory hitch
His: 2024 stx 4x4 and no hitch
Mine has 3 bolts per side holding the hitch and bumper on. His has 2 bolts per side.
Stx 4x4, two bolts
Stx 2x4 and factory hitch

How does yall's look?
Here is the hitch. It matches, 2 bolt holes per side, so thats good, but how odd is the differences in the back end of the frame between the two trucks
