Dome light doesn’t come on when unlocked

My dome light doesn’t come on when I unlock the doors with the remote after it sits for a couple of days. I’ve checked the switch and it’s flat for normal door operation. When I open the doors no interior lights. After I start the truck and try opening the doors it works normally. Any idea or setting that might need to be turned on? Much appreciated; I’ve read the manual and haven’t found any fix.

This is normal. If it hasn’t started in a few days it goes into low power mode. You’ll notice the screens turns off very quickly too and dont stay on like normal

I don’t use mine over the weekend occasionally and always does this on a Monday morning.

I’ll try to find the info on it in the manual and I’ll post it back here when I get a chance

Appreciate the information… I read about the low power mode but didn’t realize it went into sleep mode so quickly. This is my first ford in years.

Pretty sure the onboard computer is always powered, as it can be used for tracking or OTA updates. So low power mode probably turns on pretty quickly.
