Driver outside CV boot hole

Picked up my new 26’ RR. Had 30 miles on the odo. Drove it 70 miles home and start a hand wash. Get to driver wheel well and there is grease all over. Found a 1/4” hole in the boot. Strange. Warranty of course, but wonder how it happened. I went ahead and removed all 4 crash bars while down there. What a pain in the ass that was.
