I happened to be near a dealer today and was able to see the TC9 in person. I was not impressed. It’s huge, relative to size of a 1/4 ton truck, yet very unusable interior features… other than the full queen size bed. Limited storage, very small fresh water tank (10 gallons?), no fitting for connecting pressurized water, no gray tank (just drains out of camper!?!!?), and no toilet… yet it had a furnace/heater and rooftop AC!!!

I would be more interested in something like this if they actually exist:
