Hey guys first mods on my new raptor!

WeatherTech HP mats all around

for those wondering, the weathertech’s are slightly softer than OEM mats, and quite a bit lighter, yet feel stronger and have more coverage.

definite upgrade in all respects.

UPR dual valve catch can

I went with the explorer ST model as you can turn truck back to stock within 5 minutes, no drilling required, plus it has a larger can.

To make it fit I had to trim about an inch off the mounting bracket and drill out the bolt hole to allow the battery bolt to slide through

I opted to add the CSS adapter as well, then added quick release nozzles on the factory PCV tube so adding or removing this kit is plug and play in 5 minutes now.

Redline tuning hood struts

5 minute install and works great!!

Nice Mods!

I think you installed the catch can lines wrong. The check valve is pointed the correct way, but should be on the line coming out of the side of the catch can and going to the intake manifold. The line from the passenger side valve cover is the one that goes to the top of the catch can and does not have the check valve.

You might have them hooked up correctly on the other end (hopefully) and just have the wrong one on the inlet to the catch can (top attachment).

Good eye. To make the ST lines fit nicely I turned the catch can 180 degrees. Must have mixed up passenger side lines. Here’s how I now have it attached:

Left line -> to driver side WOT T-fitting
Center line (no check valve) -> to passenger side PCV
Right line -> to passenger side intake manifold

Down below out of view:

WOT T-Fitting attached to driver side turbo inlet

Factory PCV line connects top of WOT T-fitting to the CSS (mounted on driver’s side PCV valve)

all lines with check valves are attached to the side ports on the can with arrows pointed away

Lucky I didn’t drive it today!

I only noticed because i have the RR UPR catch can and remember going over that several times to make sure I got it right :p

Can you snap a photo of where you hooked up the WOT T-Fitting. Wish they took that approach with the ranger 3.0 dual catch can.

Also, on mine, when replacing the fitting for the CSS, that tube is really rigid and now interferes a bit with the oil dipstick. Need to get in there with a heat gun to see if I can get it to flex away a bit. Did you run into any issues with that?
