Ordered a plain Raptor with no options the 3rd week of October. Nothing but an acknowledged order since. You'd think they'd put customers into a minimal CRM system and send periodic updates, send news and marketing info, have a set of projected dates for each stage of the process, etc. I get it, Ford has only had ~100 years or so in business to figure out how to structure a great customer experience so I guess I shouldn't have any expectations for *any* level of sophistication or customer care.
