i had no issues at all. All work perfectly.
there is an app and you can choose three option- sport, dynamic and efficient.

Does it feel much more powerfull? can you also use different maps like dtuk does.

I don’t know about other maps, but there i guess there are more options. Usually i use sport or dynamic on normal driving mode. The engine is more responsive on lower revs, on stock it was really disappointing. Of course i got used to it and it looks like it was all the time like that, but then i plugged it for the first time i really felt the difference. If i’m not mistaken from 80-120km/h it’s 2.9second faster.

Can confirm the only hardware difference between the EU/UK raptor and ROW is the petrol particulate filter. Recent spoken with an engineer high up in Ford Australia and he has confirmed that is the only hardware difference - alongside what he referred to as a “significant detune” which we’re already aware of. Still wondering how tuners in Australia, besides herrod who have been given access by Ford, have had so much success tuning the raptor and no one in the EU has come close.

I do not understand why nobody can add the Australian tune tot the european versions. I know we still would have a little less hp due the gpf filter but that wouldn’t be a problem.

im no expert when it comes to tuning but that’s exactly my question too! Why can an Australian tune simply not be used on the UK raptor? I know of someone who apparently was trying to use an Australia tune but stated it wasn’t possible due to hardware differences that I now know is untrue.

recently gave in and got the TDI tuning box - it has been a year now and nobody is acknowledging an upcoming tune for the EU version and the US tuners don't even respond...
the first impressions are very positive, both in performance and behavior
i'd say well worth the $400 or so that I spent on it from their US website

Sounds interesting, I have been logging one for the last two weeks. It is an awesome truck with tons of potential once the PCM tune can be custom tuned. I hardly get 100 % TP even when the accelerator pedal is all the way down.

Hi, and thanks for my membership.
Like many of you I think the 292 hp version is to slow, and I’m hoping some obd 2 tuning will be available soon.
But so far I have bought the Ptronic sence it promises most of everyone at 73 hp and 100nm.
I have started to make a YouTube video documenting the process, but a lot happened so i feel it’s not readdy and not fair to ptronic yet.

but here is my story this far:
1: i ordered the box, and the came in around 1500 euros total with shipping and taxes.

2: I got the box, with their “perfect” tune, but I was underwhelmed, so I contacted them and they sent me a new box with should be the one they was going to ship in the first place.

3: This new box had a stronger tune than they ever used before, but still I knew this was not 80hp 100nm so i messaged them again
Now this box had Bluetooth connection and app control so:

4: they made me another tune and I loaded it up the next day, this was a really easy process. And this tune i felt, but still I could put it in race and 3+’with is supposed to be the top tune, but still it didn’t make my car go into limp mode. (The process is to go as high as the car handles and then step it back one step)

5: I complained again about i want maximum out of the car, and they told me they hid an extra tune for me in comfort mode and I am no running this map +3 (still no limp mode)

6: I asked for more and told them about the video, now they said no, they don’t want the car going into limp mode on camera.

my plan was to document the gains for them sence no one else have done it, but the dyno and dyno room don’t fit so we wil try later with the car in backwards and cooling the intercooler with water because no fans this way.
I have sense asked them for a even stronger tune and they say my car is way over what any of their development cars have handled but the can do it but then they will void the warranty so I’m not shure. We have a lot of safety features on the dyno to oversee the cars health, but at this point I’m thinking maby just leave it to when we can get some real obd tuning.

anyway no dyno results yet, but I have measured with my dragy, with is very accurate an increase at 0-100km/t at 1.1 seconds, wich I don’t know what results you have gotten, but I know to cut 0.9 seconds on my rs6 I had to ad 300hp so I think 1.1 second is pretty good for a 2,6 ton car.
The dragy report even says the slower run has more down hill , but it pretty much from the same place and in 4 wheel drive mode and “launch control “

wanted to get some dyno results before finishing my video, but idk, maby I just post it like it is for now.
