Has anyone ordered from them?
I placed an order through fordoempartsoutlet which is getting the item from quirkparts.

I’ve tried several times to cancel the order through both companies and neither will respond. Quirkparts voicemails are all conveniently “full”

considering filing a fraud case for refund via my credit company

I've ordered from quirkparts a few times and never had any problems. Hope it works out for you.

I have ordered from them also before with no issue but I never had to use their customer service.

I would suggest just going to your credit card issuer and just start the chargeback process and lay out what you have already done.

I had a similar issue with "Real Truck" that basically handed my order off to one of their associated companies to fulfill and when they did not, tried to stall refunding blaming the other company. Once I started the chargeback process, they miraculously found the time to cancel the order and I got my refund back to me.

I’ve also ordered from them before, no issues… although I never engaged their customer service.

I’ve ordered from them on eBay with no issues. But, as others have noted, never needed customer service.
