i found mine and ordered the little adapter so i can put a hose and run it to the drain pan instead of undoing the plastic gravel shield each time. i have to look if i can reach the valve with the shield in place. if i cannot, i will look at making an access and putting a hinge on the piece i cut so it can be closed back when done

Same here,, had one on my Honda for 10 years before I sold it and it never leaked. I had the one with the barbed coupler end so I attached a clear vinyl hose to it whenever I changed my oil.

Speaking of changing oil, do any of you all utilize the maintenance plan and get your oil changed at the dealership? I'm thinking of only using them when I don't have time myself to do it, but I typically take care of preventative maintenance like that on my own.
I do all my own or my son might do one for me.
I had dealer do initial oil change and got it home to oil drips in the driveway.
They didn't bother to wipe out the oil filter drain trough very well.
Also looks like they probably used a oil extractor down the dipstick tube method. Oil drain plug didn't appear to have been removed.
