So since they fit higher and tighter they don't get in the way as much when getting in and out? I'm assuming you don't actually step on them. If possible can you post a pic of them on your truck?I went with the Go Rhino Dominator Xtreme D6 for the 6 inch width. I would not suggest anything less wide.

As much as I hate the factory steps, which I took off my 24 model.
I highly recommend paint protection film on your back fenders for anyone not running factory steps.
I have the same splash guards and also rocker guards on mine and 12K miles later.
Both my back fenders are pitted pretty good, I did do paint protection film which in those areas the film is pitted, anywhere I didn't have film has permanent damage.
