HD Radio

Do we have HD Radio by default or is that something that has to be enabled in Forscan? I don't see it anywhere and I am not receiving any HD stations.

When listening to the radio, if the station broadcasts in HD, it will automatically broadcast in HD and will display it on the radio. You shouldn’t need to do anything special in Forscan.

Interesting. Mine is not doing that and I can't get some HD stations that my wife's BMW can. I will have to look into this more. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks. I hooked up Forscan this morning and it was off. I enabled it then went into my setting in the sync menu and turned it on. It is now working perfectly. I don't know why or how it was off.

Actually it was in the APIM and I used the non asbuilt to toggle it on.

That is the strangest thing for it to be disabled in Forscan. At least you were able to fix it.

The SYNC update was to the APIM.

Maybe but as far as I can see, I haven't got the Sync update or the Trailer module as of yet. Very interesting.

Perhaps this was simply disabled? Glad it's working though.
