Getting ready for the Raptor Rally down in Lake Havasu!
Loaded up both the Ranger Raptor and the Raptor R for the trip — can’t wait to see what these trucks can do out there.

Hey! I bought tickets for the 2026 rally in lake Havasu I’m trying to get cleared to go from work. Do you know what type of camping accommodations are at the venue? Or should I scout some other options that are nearby?

It was pretty warm there last year. I'm not usually one to suggest this, but I would look for a hotel if you're open to that.

Low hanging fruit… hey did yall ever come out with a rock slider/rail solution? I was just trying to find some options before I take off my factory sidesteps.. figured I’d ask since you’re online.

I haven't tackled the sliders yet. I have thought a lot about it, though. I would really like to make a lightweight option. I mostly want to protect against roost and bad line choices. I don't want to weigh the truck down with a slider that's strong enough to use through the Rubicon.

That’s fair, I imagine the scale leaning towards low weight/maneuverability vs frame mounted/additonal lift point is more of an engineering fork in the road, have to go one way or the other from the start.. if you would like my opinion I can shoot you a DM, rather than hijack this thread?
