Can anyone help me out here or reach out to a Ford representative.... I have been waiting to get an new air conditioning unit for my truck since (i believe) October. My truck has been in the dealership two times to try and get it fixed, the last time it was there for about a month while they tried to figure it out with the ford engineers. I'm tired of waiting.
I keep checking in with my service manager who seems like a good guy, but there is nothing from Ford for when this part is going to become available. My patience is starting to ware thin... I bought the truck last May. and I've only been able to use my air conditioning for a total of about a month during the 8 months i've owned the truck.
I don't want to deal with lemon law (California) but, I would like to have a totally working truck since I paid a premium for the "Raptor" brand.
