Pass. seat track is rattling when nobody's sitting in it and will be replaced. They'll have to take it all apart to change the seat frame. Not giving me a warm cozy feeling......

My truck has a lot of SW bugs:

1.- Sometimes the speedo screen goes back to stock settings instead of "my view" on startup
2.- There have been times when the initial animation on the speedo screen freezes and you can see the fron of the raptor in the backgrouns of the speedo and other instruments
3.- I listen to MP3 songs on a USB, sometimes the truck will start with FM instead of the USB
4.- Sometimes the voice commands do not work until you actually make a manual call with the phone, when this happens it will tell you the Sync is downloading the voice commands and so on, but it never finishes by itself
5.- Sometimes it will tell you that rear brake assitance is not enabled when shifting into reverse
6.- Sometimes the auto low-high beam function will show an error while driving, and this does not allow you to turn on the high beam manually, until the warning sign is off
7.- One time I had the units shown incorrectly (I use km) and the range showed in miles after refill.
8.- One time one of the chimes turned on and did not go off even while driving, doors closed, restart the vehicle, etc and it went along until the battery died

I have had the truck for almost 2 years now, 10k miles on it so far. The bugs listed above are very quick to manage with wither the steering buttons or are momentary until the warning sign goes off. Thats why I have kept up with them and my general feeling about the truck is very good because the performance and confort I consider them awesome. The ones that occured one time only have no recurrence.

When I took it for service they told me they had some campaign to upgrade SW in some modules, but they didn't do it because they said it would take 4 hours more and I had to go. They also mentioned that in some cases with the SW upgrades the displays never turn on again and they need to be replaced. This was not motivating to leaving my truck there to see if it survived the SW upgrade. At home the SW upgrade that are enabled over the air are up to date.

I get wind noise on the highway in my drivers window. It's almost like the window goes up too far and doesn't seal properly. The dealer replaced the window gasket and somehow made it worse.

I have this happen to my truck frequently.
in my case it happens 2-3 times per week. you just have to press a few buttons in the stering wheel to go back to "my view" but its a bug that should not happen

Same. I asked my dealer about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

I noticed some noise but more at the 40-55 mph range. A whistling.

Mine is for sure wind noise. The dealer and tech even agreed. They are waiting to get another Ranger Raptor in stock to compare it to. Regardless it’s mad annoying.

I have about 250 miles on my RR built 9/24/24 and I honestly cannot hear any wind noise. It's a lot quieter than I was expecting.
Mine was the same. Mad quiet for like first 3k miles. Wind noise started after that. Got like almost 9k miles on since. No other issues

My initial theory is on how hard I slam the door. If I bring it in (no lights on dash) normally I get whistling. If I consciously close the door with more effort it appears to solve it. That’s my running theory.

Other issues:
* Driver taillight paint chip
* Rear seat latch
* Front hood doesn’t fully close unless I use some momentum from 2 feet above (maybe that’s normal for a Ford)?
* Occasionally static on car CarPlay phone conversation.

Hood latch has a bulletin about it. It needs adjusting.
