How do I recalibrate my DTE?

So ever since my TRR experience, Baja mode for around 50-100 miles. My computer has not caught up with my daily driving fuel consumption. I can’t knowingly run it dry but I’ve been testing the DTE vs gal put in and today I reached a new personal best.
So has anyone else had something similar happen to them? Let me know what yall think is the best solution.
