Using an extractor on the 2.7 works fine. Took me a couple of tries to get the depth right, but I pulled a full 6qt out of mine on my first change. I was originally going to then pull the drain plug to see how much I left, but after seeing how much came out I didn't even bother. Next change I'll be doing a video, but that's at least a couple months out.

I used a oil recovery pump I purchased off Amazon worked grate. You just have extract the oil when it's warm and learn how to adjust the depth of the SMALL oil tube down the dip stick tube. It's nice not having to craw underneath and remove the drain plug and the oil filter being on top of the engine, what more could you ask for. It's the best oil change and NO MESS. The oil extractor was around 20 bucks, beats an $66.00 dollar oil change. However it depends on your case-specific. I like to do my own work but that's me.
How much oil did you extract? Did you get all 6 quarts? Also, were you able to insert more tube than the length of the dipstick? From the drawing it looks like you can't go past the check valve all the way to the bottom of the pan.

I have never used the mobile service, but the local dealer will send a driver to pick up the vehicle for service or repair and then return later in the day. No extra cost above 'The Works' package, around $80.
