Interior rearview mirror adjustment?

I have the auto dim mirror. The mirror appears to be fixed in one position, however I need to adjust it for my seating position/height etc. I don't want to force it until it breaks. Is there a trick to this or is it just stiff?

Haha. "force" it. No such thing as a fixed mirror in a Ranger. Or if it's really bad, drop by the dealer, have them figure it out.
