IP map turn by turn incorrect

the turn by turn on my instrument panel is showing the wrong names compared to my dash. it’s on certain on ramps. i reset apple maps, but no luck. i don’t think it’s a truck, but an apple issue as i hear of other truck makes having problems.

note- it always corrects itself, so maybe it’s a gps dead spot?
also it’s around washington dc.

When was the last time you updated the maps in Apple Car Play, or ACP in general?
I assume you are not using ACP for navigation AND the built in navi of the truck.

The Apple device accesses current map data from the cloud, thus doesn't need updating - unless using offline map data. Most people don't need / use offline map data if they use it in an urban area like DC. Make sure the device itself is running the current version of iOS (thus CarPlay), and the vehicle is updating its software automatically. If the errors persist, there is a mechanism to report bad map data to Apple / Google.
