Is anyone not going to use their front license plate bracket?

Went to pick up my truck today and my dealer said a front license plate bracket wasn’t included by Ford. I need one if anyone isn’t going to use theirs.

I would. If you live in a front-plate-state, it should be included with your truck.

That didn’t work either. They told me since it wasn’t included on the window sticker I don’t get one.

What a bunch of crap. They tried that on me with my floor mats and I said no reasonable person would buy a truck without an expectation floor mats be included. I got them.

Plate bracket def an option you have to order from factory which I found interesting since at work every Mercedes comes in with a bracket. Despite being required in nj no way am I putting that shit on my truck would rather pay tickets

My dealer caught me not ordering it for mine and asked me about it because he knew I used one. Said free from factory, but would be 40.00 if ordered once truck is delivered. So got it on my order. Of course, who knows how long my wait will be for my Ranger.

Where was it in the truck? 99% sure mine didn’t include one.

FYI - if it is on your window sticker, you should have got one.
But if the original order was for a customer (you?) that lives in a 2-plate state, the dealer SHOULD have ordered the plate and it should have shown as no charge on your order.
