This is a really heavy duty unit, compared to the typical Amazon ones. It has large straps and buckles, and the fabric feels like it would actually protect against a dog's claws. The only issue is that the Ranger rear seats are pretty small so the height adjystement for the rear straps ran out. I just took the fixed section of strap and looped the buckle through it one time to shorten it. I like the easy access to storage from the front seats. RECOMMENDED!

I don't have dogs but use a pet hammock in the back seat to carry stuff without worry about the seats. Works great and quickly disconnects should someone need to ride in back.

The unit I like better is the ruff liners, it has an extended hard base so the doses have space to go from seat back to drivers back seat, also the side panels protect the door and get clipped at the window. When you open the door it opens up the liner. I have the same the OP has and keep it for the Jetta but switched to the ruff liner that has been on road trips to San Diego, Klamath Falls, twice to Portland with my two Aussies, December it will be used to OKC, Little Rock, Savannah TN and then back to CA. I had one minor issue with stiching in one area and sent them the info, they asked for pictures and the order number and sent a replacement unit, I had it with in 36 hours. I was not even asking for a replacement just letting them know they need to look out at the stitching between the mesh and zipper.

if anyone wants pictures I will grab some
