Yeah I think shipping was ~$17 for me when I purchased sheets of mesh but the packaging was excellent and was sent quickly.

Just ordered one a minute ago.....we'll see how well it fits. Standard UPS was ~$15, USPS priority was ~$22. If the fit is precise and prevents a projectile from colliding with my intercooler.....then it'll be worth it.

Well........my CustomCarGrills.com lower grill insert for the 2024 Ranger arrived. Overall it's decent, but the level of satisfaction that it delivers rests heavily on the expectations of the end user. Things to consider:

1) Structural Rigidity: On it's own, the grill insert has very little. However, once installed rigidity improves at the outer edges, but it's still a bit flexible in the center. Yet it appears to have enough integrity to prevent a rock from striking the intercooler.

2) Fit: The CustomCarGrills.com insert fits the lower grill opening quite nicely. The entire surface area is addressed, and the neoprene rubber edging was far more stout than expected.

3) Mounting System: If you're extremely particular and looking for an "engineered" mounting system, this insert might not be for you because it relies exclusively on zip-ties. But regardless, those zip-ties hold quite well.

4) Appearance: This is obviously subjective, but it ain't half bad.

5) Packaging: It's wrapped in styrofoam sheeting and packed in a cardboard box with packing paper to keep it from moving. It arrived intact and undamaged. CustomCarGrills.com threw in extra zip-ties and a few groovy stickers........bonus!

6) Shipping: Don't waste your money on USPS Priority mail. There doesn't appear to be much "priority" left in Priority Mail. Mine showed up 4 days late.

In the end, if the CustomCarGrills.com grill insert prevents an errant rock from colliding with my intercooler.........then it was worth the install!

Got mine too! Quality product and exceeded my expectation! Fast shipping and great packaging. Easy install. Only thing I changed was using smaller zip ties to get the head to rotate through honeycomb to hide for a nice clean look.
