A lot of times when it's a condition like this, it's a connection/ground issue, or something going on with one of the networks in the vehicle. For example, a module or short can take one of the networks down. Hopefully they can identify the issue quickly. I'd start with a full network scan to see if any modules are offline, and go from there to make sure core modules like the IPC, GW, PCM, and BCM are online. Then watch live data PIDs carefully, along with checking for any codes across all modules. The issue these days are the automotive industry has lost a lot of the diagnostician skillset. I worked in the automotive industry for 29 years along side master techs, and just like we see in other industries, there is a struggle for skilled workers. Also the flat rate for warranty doesn't a allow a tech to spend infinite time looking at data and running pinpoint tests.

Did you ever get an answer to your inquiry ? I had the same problem this week my raptor hs just under 10k miles. I was told it was the master fuse. $80 part $500 in labor. Not covered by warranty. They will install the part in a few days and we will see if it is fixed.

Please, if you are able to get your truck to another dealer get it there, your dealer is ripping you off. IT is and MUST be under warranty.
I would also contact a regional ford rep and disuse the lack of service you have already paid for.

Exactly! I was going to say take it somewhere else, and make a freaking phone call to Ford!
